One of the areas I focus on in my work is grief and bereavement. Often, when we think about grief, we tend to think about death-related losses such as the loss of those close to us. These types of death losses can be very trying and challenging.
These losses can also come with other losses like a transition from the home, ending of relationships, change of school or city and sometimes get missed. These types of losses can be considered non-death losses and secondary losses and come with their own set of challenges.
Be it death loss or non-death loss we can discuss and explore them in session together.
